We recently attended the trip to Milano and Torino with Dave and Alison. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. We brought all 3 kids as this will be the last time we are all available for a while as our oldest is moving to Florida to attend school and our son is off the Ontario for school and hockey in August. This was a rare chance for us to see the world together. The hockey was amazing and our sons team had a chance to play some good teams from Switzerland,England,Germany,as well as a team we played twice from Italy as well as an exhibition with Milano. That said the team played well and the boys got along and our son has made some lasting friends with other players from a number of states. We also had the chance to see the Egyptian museum, the shroud of Turin,the Duomo in Milan, a lovely winery, as well as a basilica. This was awesome and the kids gained valuable knowledge of this old part of the world. There are memories that will last forever. As well, my wife and have made some new friends from this trip that we value as well. This truly was a trip of a lifetime and the hosts, Dave and Alison as well as the other families were great. The funniest part is Dave's assistant for this trip, Coach Gerry and I went to high school together and compared notes on many old friends from New Jersey. Amazing!!!
